Vaiden will be three months old tomorrow. My little man is growing so fast. I couldn't get a picture, but we have two teeth! They are already coming in on the bottom. I guess it is a good thing that he is bottle fed! He has really come in to his own little personality. Even though he still really looks like Tripp, he is now becoming his own little self. He is smiling and cooing all the time.

First Day of School
Tripp started Kindergarten this year! I cannot believe it. I mean yesterday he was crawling and now we have our big backpack and lunchbox and we are off to school. I wanted to be able to walk Tripp in on his first day of school and along with the 500,000 parents we trucked into Rouse Elementary. It only took me 10 minutes to walk him in, but it took me 20 minutes just to get out of the parking lot and on my way to work. Thankfully, I made it and got to be there for him, but it was definitely complete and total chaos and insanity.
Snaggle Tooth
In July right after we all visited the dentist, Tripp was playing at the house and as we fould out later, was apparently chewing on a new toy. He came up to me and said "Mama, i just lost a tooth." I thought surely he could not have because the dentist said that it would be a while because none of them were loose. But, here he comes with a tooth in his hand and blood pouring out of his mouth. I was now freaking out because it looked like a shark tooth had come out of his mouth and his gum was torn. The more and more I questioned him, I found out that as he was biting on a toy, he pulled the tooth out of his mouth. It was not ready and still had the root. I told him that we would put it under his pillow, but that the tooth fairy would have to leave it so that we could show it to the dentist. The tooth fairy left him a whole $5! The dentist told us that his mouth and gum would heal, but that she had NEVER seen a tooth come out like that with the whole root intact. You know if it can happen, it will happen to the Jackson's.
Brothers
For those of you who have girls, I am sure that you feel the same way about them as I do about my boys, but I just think that boys are WONDERFUL! I think that for a mother, having boys is one of the most precious gifts ever. It is amazing to me that brothers can have such a special bond with each other at such a young age. The day that Vaiden was born, Tripp just fell in love with him. He is a fabulous big brother and loves Vaiden so much. At first, I wondered if their age difference would be a problem, but now I see that it is just the way it was supposed to be.
